After you've enrolled online, follow these steps:
- Carefully read all group policies (found in the subsequent section) and the FAQs given at the end of the page.
- Complete and submit the KYC form.

KEWA Group Policies
- Free with Deposit. Get a free subscription by paying a small deposit and sharing knowledge with the community at least once every month. When you cancel or take 12 sessions more than needed, you can get a refund of the deposit.Â
- Shared responsibility. We follow a shared responsibility model where members must keep membership purchase data and all WhatsApp conversations with the Cloudericks team and do renewals or maintenance payments without reminders.
- Maintenance Fees: Free and Lifetime Members must pay an annual maintenance fee to help us manage the group's subscriptions. Failure to pay maintenance pay before the due date will lead to the automatic expiry of your membership.
- Processing Fee: For all manual tasks including reentry for accidental exists, there's a processing fee of Rs. 499 (or $5.99) + taxes. This fee predominantly covers our admin team's compensation for their invaluable service in managing the groups.
- Refund Policy:Â The fee predominantly covers our admin team's compensation for their invaluable service in managing the groups. It wouldn't be fair to request they return their rightfully earned payment. Therefore, we have a no-refund policy.
- Membership Termination. Misrepresenting information on the KEWA KYC form, omitting mandatory KYC fields, or sharing off-topic/inappropriate content in groups will lead to immediate removal from the group without a refund.
- KYC Form. We prioritize member safety by diligently verifying the identity of all KEWA participants. Completion and submission of the KEWA KYC Form are obligatory and must be resubmitted annually for continued membership.
